Healthy Food for Diabetic Patients




  • Oatmeal: A diet composing of fiber-rich foods and whole grains can minimize the risk of diabetes, and oatmeal is fortunately a great source of both.
  • Beans: Beans is almost fat free and is packed with high quality carbohydrates, fiber and proteins that help take care of hunger without making the blood pressure and blood sugar levels rise.
