A Tip to Eradicate Dark Spots

Dark spots is a common problem among women of age forty and above. The main thing they need to eradicate is to try with patience. They can't get the result very soon. It may take some months or in some cases a year also.
  • Avoid cooked food at least to fifty percent.
  • Take sprouts regularly in the morning.
  • Instead of breakfast take a big jug of vegetable juice of carrot, tomatoes and keera.Then have some sprouts and some seasonal fruits.
  • Lunch as usual with less salt and oil.
  • In the evening have a big jug of fruit juice or have some fruits.
