How to Control Anger

                     Anger is destructive in all the ways. It spoils your health, relationship with others and happiness.So, first you must know the root cause of anger.
                    You shout your subordinates or children as you know that you have a good command on them, and they can't back answer under any circumstances. You also believe that you can get your work done using anger as a weapon. Sometimes you feel very great when you show anger.
  • Remember that you are spoiling your health as there is a release of some hormones which effects your health.
  • Also remember that you can get your work done in a cool way also.
  • Take fifty percent of raw food daily.
  • Drink minimum of two-and-a-half litres of water.
  • Have a good time for yoga.
                       Now you will definitely think for a while before you react.
