Tips to protect and keep eyes healthy


"Sarvendriyanam nayanam pradhanam"-which means that eyes are the most important of all the sense organs. So we must take care of them. Here are some tips to maintain the eyes healthy.
  • Take a spoon of Triphala with milk every night.
  • Secondly, boil a small glass of water and add the petals of a red rose flower in it. Cover the glass with a plate for ten to twelve hours. Then add a spoon of castor oil to it. Mix it well. Then dip a small round piece of cotton in it and keep on your eyes for half an hour. This is a very good way to maintain your eyes.
