Most girls like to be slim. At the same time they want to be fit and healthy. It is really easy to maintain that. A little sacrifice is needed. But they are really worth doing.
- Eat food at regular intervals.
- The end meal should be before six.
- After six eat only fruits.
- Stop eating sweets.
- Eat something bitter like neem (three leaves ) or one bitter gourd (raw )everyday.
- Sleep for eight hours everyday.
- Do yoga at least for one hour.
- Do not forget to drink a big glass of vegetable juice in the morning as it is rich with antioxidants.
- Never sleep in the afternoon after lunch.
- Do not forget eat one gooseberry, a spoon of aloe vera and five leaves of tulasi everyday.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
