Ten Tips to Maintain Slim, Fit and Healthy Body

Most girls like to be slim. At the same time they want to be fit and healthy. It is really easy to maintain that. A little sacrifice is needed. But they are really worth doing.

  1. Eat food at regular intervals.
  2. The end meal should be before six.
  3. After six eat only fruits.
  4. Stop eating sweets.
  5. Eat something bitter like neem (three leaves ) or one bitter gourd (raw )everyday.
  6. Sleep for eight hours everyday.
  7. Do yoga at least for one hour.
  8. Do not forget to drink a big glass of vegetable juice in the morning as it is rich with antioxidants.
  9. Never sleep in the afternoon after lunch.
  10.  Do not forget eat one gooseberry, a spoon of aloe vera and five leaves of tulasi everyday.
  11. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
