Weight loss tips - A Complete Guide



First, don't think that you can't lose weight, because you can.

Keep in mind that weight loss takes time and is not going to happen over night. Set a goal for an ideal weight.

Seek someone as inspiration to better yourself. Shy people weigh more as they socialize less. (Yes, trust me!)

Okay now, take a  photo of yourself before you start this, and later on at regular intervals as you progress.

Never miss a good night's sleep (at least eight hours everyday).

Watch weight loss shows. They instill confidence in you, that you can actually lose weight, like the way you gained it.

Always take the stairs.

Walk during phone calls.

Talk to people who are doing it, or people who have done it and have been successful (in losing weight), as you are going to get some help / tips.

Join your friends. Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures with them.

While all the above make your subconscious and conscious mind ready for the challenge, general awareness of DIET CONTROL and REGULAR EXERCISE is a must. It goes without saying that you should also follow them.

Change your eating habits. Read labels and pay attention to the calorie count before eating. Keep an eye on the calories you are taking and the amount of physical activity you undergo (= calories burnt).

Eliminate bad foods which contain fats and high fructose. Be more selective in what you eat. Always take natural supplements.

Eat fruits and vegetables rich in fibres, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Like I said before, compare your calorie intake to it's expenditure (your physical activity).

Have a good amount of fibre everyday.

Cardio exercises like running, cycling, swimming, jumping, skipping, walking etc., are some real exercies to lose body fat. They work!

Having a naughty meal once a week is fine as a reward for your hardwork.
