A day's menu - Smart food for a healthy, fit, smart and light body

  • As you know already, light body people are usually healthy, fit and active.
  • So, to get a light and smart body, let us first have a strong determination to achieve it.
  • When you have a strong determination to do anything, you can easily have a control over anything which you want to do.i.e.,your determination makes you stop doing some acts which are really a hindrance for your achievement.With this support, you can succeed easily.
  • First, cultivate the habit of getting up early.
  • Drink a glass of hot water with lemon and honey. Then attend your natural calls. (You can have one or two glasses of hot water according to the requirement. It ends your constipation problem.)
  • Then do some breathing and other ( yoga ) exercises for one hour. It is a remedy for all the ill effects against the body.
  • After yoga, have a glass of water and then take bath.
  • First take thirty ml of wheat grass juice.
  • Now, have an Amla, and then drink a big glass of vegetable juice ( three to five types of vegetables ). It supplies all the nutrients required for a healthy body. 
  • After forty five minutes, you must have a cup of sprouts and some dry fruits.  Then, you can have your light breakfast like oats with milk etc.,
  • Remember to drink a glass of water before every meal. It solves your constipation problem.
  • In the afternoon have your lunch. Always remember to use very less oil and salt, and no sugar.
  • Again drink a glass of water in the evening (tea time, but no tea ) and have a good quantity of fruits or a big glass of fruit juice.
  • All whatever you want to eat, have before six in the evening.
  • All week ends, you can enjoy eating all kinds of bad food which you like the most. But don't have this bad food on all the days.
  • Add nuts somewhere in your menu.
  • Stop drinking tea or coffee.
  • Wash fruits in salt water and have them as many as you want.
  • Try this for some days and you will find a good change in your health and body.
  • Try to have all the above at a regular time in a day. That's it.
