Benefits of drinking warm water

The first and the foremost problem which many people suffer from is,  constipation.Drink two or three glasses of hot water,  immediately after you wake up from bed.This solves the problem of your constipation,  as it regulates the bowel movement and helps the digestive system work better.

Avoid drinking hot water from the hot water tap as it is more likely to contain contaminants like lead.It should be as clean and good as our cold drinking water.
